Inside Sales Representative

Being a driven individual, I am motivated to reach the goals I have set for myself. Throughout college I held multiple positions in the fields of; event management, public relations, sales, and marketing. My passion is in the events. apparel and sport management world. Being able to watch and form an idea from the beginning and have it evolve into something wonderful is what I strive for. I want to be able to find a company that I can grow with and learn from while giving them all that I have. My current role is an inside sales representative. I work daily with other companies and suppliers making sure my customers receive what they need. I have always been one to work well with others and multitask while doing it. I enjoy what I do, but am looking to make a step in the next direction.

Communicates with clients  on their needs, selling in stock material and seeking materials from outside vendors.

Maintaining client relations w excellent customer service while also seeking new clientele.

Logistical work making sure all shipments across country or exports are are executed correctly and legally.

Multitasking and prioritizing, many quotes and customers to handle all at once. Keeping track of accounts and shipments is a vital part of the company. Using our own computer system to input and track orders and shipments that are coming in and out of not only our facility, but branches throughout the United States and Canada.

Collaborated with clients on numerous events such as; weddings, special events, wine tastings, concerts and more. 
Traveled to multiple wine tastings throughout Iowa. Here I was in charge of promoting, and distributing our products. As well as sharing an abundance of knowledge about our product, how it is made, and about our company and the many event specials we could offer. 

•	While working closely with clients on the execution of events from beginning to end, I made sure that all details were in place, and over saw each aspect of the venues duties.

Special Events Intern

Worked in the PR office and Showroom- Times Square New York
•	Collaborated with public relations team to prepare showroom for Fashion Week 2014 
•	GPS merchandise tracking 
•	Inventory check in for runway items 
•	Created over 1000 VIP gifts for; magazine editors, social media bloggers, models, and special clientele
•	Organized over 300 model runway kits 
•	Set up for model castings

Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Volunteer

•	Box office sales, selling for multiple venue locations throughout Australia. 
•	Used the computer ticketing system "Ticketek" to sell tickets for events not only at our venue, but venues nationwide.
•	Worked closely with catering manager to develop catering and pricing list. 
•	Managed internal functions and tasks to ensure that the concert or special event flowed smoothly.

Events Intern

•	Provided support to Director and other support staff			
•	Assisted with the development of marketing collateral and marketing plans 
•	Created/designed membership recruitment materials as well as promotional and themed materials
•	Update/maintained website
•	Placed orders and collected promotional materials for attendees packets
•	Prepared Speaker Profiles, tests, evaluations and Signage for event
•	Finalized events by creating detailed income and expenses reports
