I was fortunate enough to spend the last ten years with the same company. Within that time I was able to work my way up and held several different positions. I decided to resign from Pulte Mortgage in order to work in a different industry, as well as to find another company that I can grow with.

•	Reported directly to and supported the Chief Executive Officer and General Counsel
•	Drafted and reviewed Settlement Agreements and Corporate Minutes
•	Drafted and reviewed government entity resolutions and customer correspondence
•	Reported on trends to the company and analyzed reoccurring issues

•	Handled and resolved overflow branch, sales, and Operation Team customer calls, provided online support and assistance with use of the company website and email system.

•	Worked with customers to gather appropriate documentation needed to approve and close the customer’s mortgage loan. Maintained regular contact with customers. 

Loan Processor

•	Reviewed and organized loan files according to post closing specifications, identifies document exceptions, enters loan data and document exceptions in various electronic systems.
