Social Media and Design Intern

Currently, I specializing and growing in the field of graphic design.  I have made a lot of promotional material for different businesses, and I am hoping to continue evolving in my design abilities.  Although I am proficient in using Adobe programs, I hope to learn more about web design and html.  With these skills, I believe there is nothing that I cannot do.

My main responsibility as an intern is to help control the social media accounts for Bloomingfoods, a local food market.  Outside of that, I am often assigned flyers for upcoming events and promotional material for the business.  As an intern, I do a lot of simple design jobs, like making postcards, social media images, and signs.

For the summer of 2014, I made a lot of promotional material for City Church, including flyers and banners.  As the lead, I had another person working with me to create material that was appealing to the students at Indiana University, ultimately encouraging them to take part of the organization.  I was able to utilize my digital illustration, along with my graphic design, abilities during this opportunity.
