Account Executive - National Team

Responsible for maintaining and growing four key national accounts.
Working with club, .com, and military channel accounts.
Work one on one with brokers to strategically plan events and promotions to exceed sales goals.
Meet with buyers to present new items, review account expectations, and formulate future promotions.
Create monthly budgets and promotional plans.
Process invoices, maintain AR status, and expense reports.
Partner with Supply Chain Management team to secure and plan inventory usage.
Assisting management to build a stronger platform and strengthen the Convenient Store Channel accounts.

Responsible for maintaining and retaining 300+ small to mid-market accounts with an emphasis to drive increased penetration and sales 
Enhance customer satisfaction and retention through regular customer contact and problem resolution
Develop customer relationships through regular customer contact primarily over the phone and Internet to drive sales
Review customer purchases and recommend purchase saving opportunities
Provide training to customers on internet features and functionality

Inside Account Specialist

Helped customers with phone orders.
Filled and organize web orders.   
Aided customers in their shopping experience by helping them with questions or needs.
Worked with customers who have specific needs within the bookstore. 
Responsible for opening and closing the store.

Customer Service

Guided 23 new students with their transition into Biola University's social, academic, and spiritual community.   
Recruited other organizations and churches to partner up with Biola's orientation program to provide the new students with ways to assist the community.
Promoted the orientation events through email and through verbal communication and social outlets. 
Worked with faculty and staff members, student leaders, and members of the administration to facilitate the success of all aspects of the New Student Orientation program.
Initiated and developed opened communication with students and family members attending any orientation programs.

Student Orientation Services

Prepared authorization and release forms for drivers and delivered paperwork to appropriate locations on campus.
Kept inventory of supplies such as food, medical needs, and other materials for the team.
Made sure all equipment such as batteries, communication devices, and fully fueled cars were ready to go throughout the trip.  
Organized the design and purchase of team sweatshirts.

Community Service Logistics Leader

Recruited 8 students to become team members.
Raised over $16,000 for trips, retreats, and expenses.
Met weekly with the team to manage and help cultivate the team's unity, plan the details of the trip, raise funds, learn about the country's culture, and establish cultural sensitivity within the team.
Planned events for fundraisers and team retreats.
