Customer Service /Inventory Control Specialist

Duties:  Instructing Special Ed students with class work, making copies, helping with projects, assisting teacher with his/her lessons, faxing, student grades entry in the system, coordinating lesson plans, assisting student with testing, changing diapers, and answering phone calls.

Instructional Aid (Special Ed)

Duties:  Dreading files, Filing records, making folders, assisting other departments, assisting the receptionist on breaks and lunch hours (five lines).

Litigation Records Clerk

Duties:  Clerical filing, answering calls, process fraud reports, assisting other departments.

Contractor Fraud Clerk

Duties:  Signing price for merchandise in the Men’s department, doing mark-up, mark-down merchandises in the department, assisting other departments.

Signer Auditor

Duties:  Assisting customer with their purchases, operating the register, memorizing codes, customer service.

Cashier (part-time)

Duties:  Assisting the department various payroll duties: answering calls, union dues, retro (calculate rate increase), health & welfare, pension, out-going calls regarding payroll payment for child support, garnishments, health & welfare, and pension checks.
