•	Manage the CSR staff.  Process/Manage the EDI, Order Entry and Invoice process.  Work close with the 3PL for order and inventory accuracy and efficiency.  Work close with the Customers, VP of Sales and the sales team to ensure orders are shipped in a timely and efficient manner.  Work close with Production and design team to ensure orders were produced in a timely manner.  Process Allocations and Pick Tickets.  Process EDI transactions.  Approve/process RMA, Credit Memos, Chargebacks etc.  

•	 Create Pick Tickets and allocations.  Manage the QRS/GXS catalog.  Create UPC’s and skus. Create line sheets.  Manage Sample Distribution and log sheet.  Coordinate trade shows.   Provide Sales Support by communication customers request and or issues with sales.  Research and resolve chargebacks.  Process sample and sales tools distribution to the accounts and sales team.  






•	Update the back end the ecommerce site.  Upload images to the web.  Download the web orders for entry and charge.
