Project Coordinator

Responsible for various aspects of the Affordable Care Act implementation. Tasked with the planning and coordination of regional meetings for over 100 attendees. Manages weekly status reporting. Schedules associate and executive project status meetings. Provides support for expense tracking and SOWs. Develops/updates PowerPoint decks. Provides SharePoint management support for the department. Creates Visio flowcharts and organizational charts.

In a redesign project, I provided compliance for all company documents, forms and training materials by researching all internal and external websites and then created of a database of all non-compliant materials. Provided change management for the new business name and logo to provide full compliance for recent business changes. I project managed the assigned tasks of team members by weekly monitoring their assigned tasks, critical due dates and provided weekly updates to all team members to keep the projects on time and on budget.

The IT Solutions division failed with their customer service. I analyzed the operational breakdown and recommended a solution to bring the division back on track. Additionally, I assisted the sales staff in the development of a 2.7 million dollar proposal for contract entailing IT, audiovisual and communications installation services.

Provided project management support for 20 simultaneous biopharmaceutical projects at Amgen for their Regulatory Affairs division. Scheduled meetings and managed the project log. Provided reports and issues to Senior Management. Responsible for electronic and hardcopy filing and process flow charts. Coordinated proposal projects from analysis to completion. Determined all required deliverables and managed each step of the process to assure effective execution and timely project delivery.
