for leading manufacturers. Initiate and maintain international and domestic vendor relationships to ensure timeliness and product excellence in development process.  Countries travelled to include: Philippines,

•	Research new technologies, fabrics and vendors, in coordination with Design and Marketing direction, to provide new ideas and appropriate development options.
•	Have ownership for the entire sourcing process for RA sports products, with an emphasis on product development and costing of all SKU’s.  
•	Responsible for all fabrics, trims, prototypes, development and sales samples. Make sure all fabrics, garments are fully tested to ensure adherence to RA quality standards, and timely completion of all tasks within the corporate operating calendar. 
•	Travel internationally as necessary, on a seasonal basis to mills and vendors.
•	Supervise a staff of 2, Sr. Sourcing Manager and Sourcing Analyst.

•	Executed product from design’s concept, collaborated with AMC sourcing for product placement.
•	Conducted product research, including competitive shopping, competitive pricing, trend evaluations and new fabrics.
•	Managed costing analysis, T&A, including all approvals, lab dips, testing, specs and inspection.
•	Presented seasonal product collections to store merchants/buyers and management.

Marshall Field’s, Minneapolis, Minnesota, owned by Target Corp. 2003-2004
Product Manager Sourcing (Target Sourcing Services) for Better RTW products.
•	Initiated development with domestic and Far East vendors, full garment packages.
•	Responsible for Costing all SKU’s.
•	Developed and sustained vendor relationships to ensure company standards,
Timing & Action calendar, quality and gross margins.
•	Worked directly with design, buyers and technical team on own brand product lines.
Brands included Marshall Field’s RTW (women’s missy) and Gene Meyer RTW (junior).
•	Researched, developed required fabrics and traveled as necessary on a seasonal basis.

•	Coordinated and commutated design packages (FOB) for development.
