Radians® is a Memphis, TN-based manufacturer of quality safety glasses, hearing protection, performance gloves, high visibility clothing, cooling and warming gear, and head gear. Radians has partnered with highly respected companies including DEWALT®, Black + Decker® and Bone Collector to provide high performance personal protection products. 

I was brought on to drive the wholesale efforts for the Farm & Ranch and hardware retail channels. I work hard on a daily basis to develop and execute sales and sell-in strategies to maximize Radian’s growth into current and new retail partners such as Blain’s Farm & Fleet, Mills Fleet Farm, Runnings, Ace Hardware, Ace Hardware International, Do It Best, and True Value. To achieve our goals, I have the pleasure of leading teams of independent sales agencies and independent sales representatives, as well as direct responsibility for strategic corporate level selling.

Walls is the brand of work wear, western wear and hunting gear for men and women that work and play hard in the outdoors. 

As the Vice President of Field Sales, I had the pleasure of leading and cultivating a high-performing sales team tasked with re-launching the Walls family of brands after being acquired by Williamson-Dickie Mfg. Co. Responsible for all field sales in the United States of apparel including Work Wear, Camouflage, Hi Vis, Flame Resistant, and Western wear. 

Business Unit responsibilities included personnel decisions, sales & revenue management, distribution strategy, long and short-range plans, and oversight to target the work, sporting goods, and western wear markets.

Vice President Field Sales, Walls Brands

Led the team responsible for making Crocs@work a sought after sub-brand in the Americas; specifically within the slip-resistant food service and health care market. 

To achieve this goal, I developed and executed sales distribution plans evaluating new opportunities based on current and future product direction. I had full P&L and Business Unit responsibility including personnel decisions, sales & revenue management, distribution strategy, long-range plans, marketing initiatives, and product development oversight to target the slip-resistant and hospitality markets. 

This role also gave me valuable contractual experience as I was the lead for all negotiating and fulfillment of legal contracts and dealings pertaining to this Business Unit.

Director, Professional Footwear Division - Americas

As the Regional Sales Director for Timberland PRO, I was the regional lead for all sales, sales management, idea gathering, and communication for product design. I was also responsible for driving all aspects of sales of Timberland Pro products in strategic national, regional, and independent accounts in the industrial and occupational sector. 

An important part of this role was to develop and execute sales and sell-in strategies to maximize Timberland Pro’s opportunity in the industrial, healthcare, duty, and slip resistant markets. I also worked with some of the industry’s best footwear people to collaborate on product creation, marketing, planning, and sales operations to ensure the successful launch and performance in new initiatives and seasonal products. 

We had tremendous success developing, fostering, and maintaining key customer relationships across pertinent channels of distribution. I excelled at driving profitability while minimizing expenses within the assigned region. M

With a lot of hard work and dedication, I worked my way through the ranks rising to executive management in my final position of Senior Vice President, Sales & Operations.  In this role I had the pleasure of managing all sales and operations in the United States, and Puerto Rico.
