Fabric Developer, Mens and Boys

Brought on to increase profitability in the Women’s Tee, Accessory, and SMU categories and run all sales and executive reporting for the Women’s Merchandiser / Product Manager.  Product Development duties included daily overseas & domestic vendor communication, sample tracking, cost negotiation, and product lifecycle management from concept to production.

•	Increased Gross Profit (GP) margin by 10-15% for Women’s Accessory and Tee/Printable product categories.
•	Cut Return Authorization (RA) and eCommerce returns by 50% for Women’s Accessory category.
•	Gained Cut & Sew Apparel management in response to initial category successes. Sustained uptick in sales for Women’s Tees and Accessory categories resulted in the additional management of this new, larger product category.
