- During the Friends & Family event, the shop was 189% to projected plan as well as leading the region to its first 100% to sales goal.
- Kept constant communication with management team and was soon recognized as the Senior Shop Manager for all West Coast locations that took responsibilities including but not limited to upholding visual standards, operational tasks, store shrinkage, brand awareness, and achieving sales targets. 
- Implemented standard WTD/MTD reporting system for the company as well as weekly touch base template for conference calls.


Senior Store Manager

- Hired and trained a new staff for the Store Opening of boutique.
- Took on all operational tasks within the store as well as visual standards.
- Led the store to its first increase of target since store opening through client capture and focusing on brand events.
