?	Interviewing fresh candidates for winter/summer seasons
?	Training and assisting new employees 
?	On the job training and daily operations of fixed, detachable and gondola lifts
?	Efficient and friendly guest service in a high stress environment, handling issues in an appropriate and timely manner
?	Strictly adhering to safety and operating policies and procedures and guiding employees - taking constructive disciplinary action as necessary
?	Working with many departments to ensure smooth operations - Ski Patrol, HR, Mountain Safety and Guest Services to name a few
?	Scheduling and supporting crew of 20-25 team members
?	Full range of office duties - proficient with Microsoft, Excel, Outlook, PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors and many others
