New Era is an international lifestyle brand with an authentic sports heritage that has spent 92 years refining the art and science of crafting the best headwear in the world. 

Best known for being the Official On-Field cap for Major League Baseball and the National Football League, New Era is the brand of choice not only for its headwear collection, but also for its accessories and apparel lines for men, women and youth. 

As the General Store Manager at New Era Cap, I had the pleasure of overseeing New Era's first-ever direct-to-consumer retail location.  I also assisted in opening new doors in Buffalo, Atlanta, Toronto, Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, and New Orleans. Main responsibilities included day-to-day operations, hiring, firing, direct oversight, budgeting, account set-ups, new store set-ups, marketing support and anything in between regarding direct store operations.
