I am a customer service professional seeking an opportunity within Malakye. My skills and experience have prepared me for a role in customer service, sales support, and program or product management, or similar positions within your organization. As my resume indicates, I possess more than 20 years of progressive experience in the sales support and service areas. My professional history includes positions such as Customer Service Representative at UTC Aerospace Systems as well as Customer Service Manager at OfficeMax. Most recently, my responsibilities as a Customer Support Representative at UTC Aerospace Systems include liaising between Boeing and our production, supply chain and quality teams, handling returns, quotes and processing incoming purchase orders. I assisted in the successful completion of the SAP implementation at our facility, which included a role as super user on the CRM module. Additionally, my manager relies on me to communicate daily with my customers in regards to order status, follow up on escalated issues, and ensure problems are handled in a timely and professional manner. Furthermore, I will stand in for the Program Manager and visit customers as needed, as well as collaborate with our financial services team to resolve any outstanding accounts receivable issues.
