I have had more than fifteen years of extensive experience as an executive/administrative assistant. I have an excellent ability to gather and analyze statistical data and generate reports. I am extremely well-organized and a professionally responsible executive administrative assistant with a strong communications background. I have an intermediate skill set with MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.  I have the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. I have provided administrative/secretarial support for various departments/divisions such as answering the phone, scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, appointments, events and other similar activities for supervisors. Covered real estate and property management front desk during transition from previous leasing/bookkeeping office manager to hiring new manager:  receptionist for front desk, property management and listing calls; posted ads for office manager and agents; created AIR listing forms, bills and checks in QuickBooks, made bank deposits, ordered and managed supplies; set up files for property searches for creating and tracking mailings in Excel, researched through Fidelity Passport, MLS and emails for listing information; organizing filing system.

Assisted the managing director in sales and purchasing in China and Brazil. Responsible for office management in an international business:

•	QuickBooks, downloaded and reconciled bank statements and credit cards. 
•	Figured deductions for payroll checks and paid on-line employment taxes.

Assisted Payroll with customer service for employment verification, completing letters, mortgage, banking, government and disability reports.
