? Recently promoted to Shift Supervisor to a failing shift, which I’m proud to say that now we are out-preforming the other 2 shifts consistently
? Oversee 30 employees and entire plant operation
? Ensure targets are met and daily challenges over come to do so
? Auditing quality of product and training/improving employees
? Assessing strengths /weakness on team and making correct adjustments

· Oversee office and 3 customer service representatives which work on 3 different shifts. 

· Schedule and forecast all shipments for the plant which must be no less than 420 trailers to 

be profitable for the week 

· Conduct payroll for 95-100 employees on a weekly basis

· Maintaining a good relationship by resolving scheduling disputes with drivers and companies.

· Maintaining daily communication with corporate office concerning schedule forecasts and 

inventory reports via phone and email

Office Manager

Once we arrived in Denver I was hired for a full time position as warehouse manager. I package all online orders, arrange shipment though FedEx and handle any claims for broken product. Receiving orders by email and phone, picking and building pallet(s) for freight orders for our distributors and negotiating with freight carriers on all inbound and outbound freight for best possible price. Maintaining inventory of all product in our warehouse. I also handle all incoming calls for whole business.

Warehouse Manager / Account Manager

I was hired for the Christmas rush period, I was a technical support agents for 1 month before being promoted to temporary QA (quality assurance) position. In February 35 permanent positions were given out to the 200+ temporary employees and I was chosen I stay on.  I received calls and received emails from customers which are having technical difficulties with their Kindle (mainly), narrowing down the issue and solving the problem.

Technical support / Customer service

Receiving inquiries from private/corporate accounts, coordinating method of transport and negotiating price on both sides (transport providers and clients). Maintaining and developing relationships with VIP clients and corporate accounts.
