Developed partnerships with key decision makers at client level for the purpose of generating radio and web based advertising programs that resulted in a successful marketing result for the client. Act as point person for all radio stations represented by All Pro Broadcasting to pitch, sell and package stations pacakges. Enhance existing revenue by utilizing internal qualitative & quantitative research to present to clients. Integrate digital into the media mix for client’s campaign. Exceeded revenue expectations, 110% to budget in 2013.

Input and revised political advertising orders for candidate and issue groups nationwide. Acted as the liaison between the Account Executives and Sales Coordinators to help the team run as efficiently as possible. Developed customized media solutions for political candidates and issues to ensure their message is reaching the right voter geographically and demographically.

Political Team Leader

Accounted for accurately entering and transmitting all spot cable media schedules for two Account Executives. Problem solved with Cable Systems and Advertising Agencies to reconcile orders including make goods, discrepancies, and tape/traffic issues. Constantly communicated between the cable systems and agencies. Completed pulsing and posting on orders to compare the estimated vs. actual ratings and compiled reports for Account Executives. Interviewed employees & employers for the initial assessment of workers; compensation claims.Calculated initial reserves and analyzed bodily injury to acutely assess reasonable damages of claims in amounts up to $20,000. Created and implemented a detailed report and plan of action based on facts of the claim, employee & employer interview and medical records. Explained benefits to injured workers entitled to workers compensation benefits. Reviewed accident reports, medical records, and other related primary documents. Communicated and negotiated with various medical offices, employer clients, and employee clients.

Claims Assessment Examiner

Assisted Claims Examiners in day-to-day operations of claim handling. Scheduled and sent benefit checks to injured workers entitled to compensation. Completed 30-40 miscellaneous tasks per day including: contacting doctors offices to get status on patients treatment, completed paperwork for the state of california workers' compensation appeals board, and made payments to various vendors.
