Assistant Manager/ Store Manager

To obtain a fulfilling position that will allow me to grow both professionally and personally while offering a challenging environment. All a while working with and in an enviornment I have always felt  a passion and love for... The action sports industry.

Being an assistant included doing much of the same stuff that I did at Zumiez. including training, merchandising, handled disgruntled customers, Closed and Opened the store.
Store Manager duties include merchandising, inventory controll, theft prevention, employees sales charts, store contests, company sales contests, also running the social media for my store spesifically including (Instagram, Facebook. And Twitter). Also keep track of store stats for what was increasing and what was decreasing. Then look into how we could make those stats even better than they were.

As an assistant manager at Zumiez I would help with any duties the store manager needed done or didnt finish throught their shift or needed before they arrived. I would help make the scheduel, close the store, merchandise the store, train employees, help with upset or disgruntled customers to make their shopping experience as enjoyable as possible. While also righting the wrongs other store may have caused.
