Oversees employee communications for Penn State Outreach and Online Education, a 500+ person organization with operations including Penn State's online campus, public media enterprise, small business development center, nature center and more. Manages, supports and/or develops content and campaigns for employee intranet, outbound news program, digital signage and events. Manages internal University communications and special projects for the Vice President/Vice Provost, advances and leads strategic planning processes, and engages in efforts to further objectives of the executive leadership team. Works with leadership on project management processes and tools. Negotiates varied priorities, cultural nuances and staff perspectives to accomplish objectives and foster a sense of inclusiveness.

Developed client base and oversaw all aspects of account management. Conducted research and developed marketing-communication plans for wide scope of client objectives and industries, especially for auxiliary units of higher education institutions and midsize B2B clients.
