Assistant Professor of Military Science at Cornell University, consisting of more than 90 Cadets and 9 cadre, headquartered at Cornell University with 4 other partnership and affiliate schools throughout New York's southern tier. Lead first year military science cadets to learn the fundamentals of Military Leadership in weekly classes and biannual field training exercises. Assists the Cornell Department of Military Science in marketing, recruiting, training, classroom instruction, assessing, motivating, developing, mentoring, and commissioning approximately 18 future Army officers annually. Builds effective relationships with university officials through a reputable Army ROTC presence in and around campus activities.

Developed the long-term strategic business plan for the Aviation Division through market research and data analysis, and assisted pursuit of contracts in international markets.

Senior Business Development Coordinator

Planned, resourced and synchronized future operations within a 4,600 soldier aviation brigade to deliver collaborative, mission-driven solutions to maximize operational value on time, within budget.
-Coordinated the pre-deployment capstone exercise, moving 220 senior leaders to Ft. Rucker, AL to test battle command systems via simulation with a budget of $48,000.
-Oversaw budgeting and scheduling of high altitude flight training for 2,500 aircrew members in Colorado.

Assistant Operations Officer

Develop, execute and assess aviation operations and coordinate aviation logistical support. Lead soldiers and maintain accountability of helicopters and all associated equipment.

Aviation Officer

Responsible for the training, readiness, welfare, and tactical employment of over 70 Soldiers and their families while Soldiers are at home or deployed. Plan, brief and execute Army Aviation Command and Control (A2C2), air movement, air assault and deliberate operations in support of 10th MTN DIV (LI) brigade combat teams and Command Group. Maintain proficiency under day, night and night vision goggles in combat, national airspace and instrument meteorological conditions as a pilot-in-command, air mission commander, mission briefer and risk approval authority. Responsible for over $130 million of aviation equipment: 21 UH-60L/M helicopters, 7 vehicles, maintenance support equipment and supplies

Company Commander

Responsible for tracking ongoing aviation operations and receiving, tasking, and monitoring all Priority Air Mission Requests within Regional Command - South. Acts as a conduit for all information regarding current aviation operations for higher, lower and adjacent echelons, prepares information on upcoming and current aviation operations to brief at a daily operations synch meeting, provides aviation knowledge and expertise at the division level and liaises with subordinate and adjacent aviation and ground units to ensure mission-essential aviation support is optimally achieved on the battlefield. Assists in aviation planning and contract rotary wing operations within the RC.

Current Operations Officer

Led an autonomous MEDEVAC team consisting of three UH-60 helicopters and all associated crew members and maintenance personnel to save lives before, during, and after a 12 month deployment to Northern Iraq.

Forward Support MEDEVAC Team Leader

Planned future operations and tracked the progress of current operations and training.

Platoon leader in a Command Aviation Company, leading 20 pilots and mechanics, with 4 UH-60 helicopters, to accomplish both deployed and non-deployed missions.
