Sole in-house engineer to design and draw packages for both products and tooling using Solid Edge modeling software
Develop secondary electrochemical cell products as well as incorporate upgrades and modifications to existing cell designs
Developed an Excel-driven design program that creates 3D part and assembly models as well as manufacturing drawings for quick responses 
Work with program managers to ensure cost, schedule and scope goals are met while leading day-to-day technical initiative on the various projects 
Translate customer requirements into viable designs, perform analysis, and review test data
Write and review operating procedures, purchase specifications and technical reports
Prepare and present project technical data and updates to customers, Teledyne upper management and other project stakeholders to inform current status and future direction

Mechanical Engineering Intern

Investigated affects rust particulates have on gas turbine engines
Heated different samples of rust and recorded changes
Used ESEM microscope and element identification program (INCA)

Designed pump to be used in drip irrigation for third world countries
Performed Fluid FEA to maximize pump efficiency
Final design won the class competition "pump off"

Built temporary playgrounds for world's second largest playground distributor
