I am a very quick learner in regards to new computer systems and carry a strong belief that efficiency and being a team player is key. I also genuinely enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in my passion for customer service and a job well done.

My duties are not specified but include all office qualities from accounting to filing. Other skills include handling multi-phone lines simultaneously, customer service, order tracking, packaging and shipping, accounting and finances, data entry, website building, faxing along with inventory control. It can be very fast paced and demands detailed knowledge of every aspect of the business.

This establishment has a very unique atmosphere that doubles as a dining experience to a full bar. Most shifts require and easy transition from waitressing to bar-backing and my duties include a range of activities that meet most restaurants standards. I also have experience and am comfortable with solely opening and working a full shift on my own which entails bartending, waitressing and bussing the restaurant simultaneously.  Uses of interpersonal skills are vital in order to please the patrons and help maintain a friendly, clean environment with fellow restaurant staff as a team.

Waitress

This specific environment was very upbeat and exciting. Fast paced and required the ability to work quickly and accurately with every team member in the establishment in order to fulfill the required goals set by the team leaders. The position demanded teamwork, knowledge of menu items, stocking, various sever specified duties and a positive demeanor. I greatly enjoyed this environment.

Being a deli/restaurant the duties included many of the same demands of similar environments such as knowledge of menu items, handling take-out orders, stocking service areas with supplies as well as other side work. I was trained as a closer which entailed managerial obligations that included handling and counting out the tills, the responsibility of locking up the restaurant, and training new employees on the restaurant's culture and practices.

This was a very positive, motivating and educative position where I made out bound calls in order to meet sales quotas. My duties included but were not limited to heavy filing and maintaining accounts along with processing orders among other various office responsibilities. Multitasking, handling various phone calls and organization was key.
