I have solid and extensive experience in Logistics and Procurement. I am a multitasking person, detail oriented, deadline focused, a problem solver and a team player.
Most recently, I completed an ACP in Marketing at the University of California Irvine Extension with the intent of refocusing my career and leveraging my project management and organizational skills in the implementation and execution of Marketing projects. I am an Italian native speaker but I have a very good command of the English language and an intermediate level of French.


•	Reported to the Director of the Supply Chain and support to identify of the best international
        logistic solutions based on analysis of shipping/duty rates, transit times, free trade 
        agreements, import/export regulations, etc.
•	Supported internal stakeholders (Marketing, Sales Department) in the evaluation of the best 
        available logistic options in terms of cost and timing to import and export the goods from 
        China to final destination.
•	Negotiated with forwarders International transportation costs by air and by sea
•	Drafted the monthly Supply Chain Report and monitored KPIs
•	Oversaw accuracy of applied fees from forwarders and external warehouses

•	Managed the entire logistic importation process from China, including shipping and customs clearance 
•	Negotiated prices with Chinese suppliers and created Purchase Orders
•	Monitor and expedite the delivery process of complete products and spare parts from China to comply with expected delivery dates
•	Coordinate shipping with Chinese suppliers, Forwarder Agents and Customs for clearance on overseas deliveries
•	Dealt with banks for credit letters
