Director of Marketing

Joined team to successfully launch new network, Disney Junior in March 2012 targeted towards Moms/Caregivers with Kids 2-7

Built and managed highly successful consumer targeted campaigns for all Disney Junior programming and franchise priorities (Doc McStuffins, Sofia The First, Jake and The Never Land Pirates, and Mickey Mouse Clubhouse) to drive ratings and awareness.

Key role in strategy, planning, creative development, and collaborating and building high-performance relationships with cross-functional teams and lines of business, external Media and Creative Agencies.

Partnered with  Campus Recruitment team and managed the college intern program for our Marketing Department.  For 3 years, I conducted interviews, hired, trained and supervised our college interns.  I also played a role in recommending interns for full time positions upon their graduation.

Marketing Manager, Disney Junior

Joined team to launch Disney XD, new global brand in February 2009 targeted towards Kids 6-11 

Provided leadership, insight, strategic thinking, conceptual development, creative direction and budget management for over 15  Disney XD and Disney Channel launch campaigns (Zeke and Luther, Pair of Kings, Kick Buttowski, Kickin It, JESSIE to name a few)

Spearheaded the (first) Summer 2011 Phineas and Ferb ‘Perry the Platy-bus Tour’ and San Diego Comic Con initiatives; partnering with cross-functional teams and multiple Lines of Business to maximize franchise success and drive tune-in to the premiere of the Phineas and Ferb movie (Across the 2nd Dimension), as well as drive all product sales

Collaborated with Brand Management, Disney Online and On-Air Promotion to create the first annual “PLATYPUS DAY” stunt on Disney Channel and Disney XD in March 2011 as a vehicle to launch Season 3 of Phineas and Ferb

Managed direct marketing efforts and supported production of bi-yearly apparel catalog targeting 5000+ automotive dealerships nationwide, featuring Nike, Calvin Klein, IZOD, Geoffrey Beene, and Tiger Woods apparel.
