Customer Care Advocate

-Addressed customer service inquiries in a timely and accurate fashion while maintaining up to date records at all times

•	Respond to basic hazard related client inquiries
•	Identify, process, and respond to items requiring research 
•	Recognize situations where a borrower incurred a negative impact and ensure that borrower is made whole 
•	Process Exception Reports to ensure that loans have been updated accurately 
•	Handle escalated situations between the client, customer and Sterling National
•	Service incoming borrower/ client inquiries and/or process all incoming documents and handle all client specific issues   	                        
•	Maintain current knowledge of the clients’ mortgage insurance requirements
•	Organize and prioritize to ensure timely completion of daily assigned tasks
•	Perform duties as required and other miscellaneous tasks, as assigned by Team Lead, Supervisor, or Manager 


Client Support

•	Examine and review sales files to verify accuracy, legibility, completeness and compliance with Medicare and third party insurance guidelines 
•	Review insurance details to insure proper billing of services
•	Input billing claim information for all orders
•	Process changes of equipment and cancellations when necessary. Review, track, and resolve quality issues for all sales roles (i.e., MC, PS, Sales Manager)
•	Accurately compile data related to quality and forward files to Quality Review for final review.
•	Communicate pending delivery and finalize equipment model and payment plan with the customer
•	Create work orders and review insurance details to insure proper billing of services
•	Assist customers to resolve or escalate issues in accordance with policies and procedures 
•	Invoice approximately $800k in service work orders per month
•	Support other Customer Care Department functions as assigned  


Sales Support Specialist/ Customer Service ITSR

•	Manual functional/integration/regression testing of old and new functionality for weekly pushes to production environment for 2 websites: Rent.com and Gigamoves.com
•	Identifying, reporting, tracking and confirming defect fixes 
•	Documentation of testing process and procedures
•	Support various Customer Service groups by running queries for data requests
•	Responsible for completing assigned tasks within defined timeframe
•	Follow standard practices to resolve routine problems   
•	Review and respond to large flow of email inquiries in quick, time efficient manner
•	Responsible for handling of property information and update request forms
•	Prepare appropriate information on each property and verified fair housing regulations
•	Monitored all completed activation forms
•	Handled other departmental projects as assigned, including: internet content, property requests, intranet instructional materials and large property review.


Software QA Engineer/ Customer Service

•	Provide general supervision to building departments 
•	Work with various departments in the pre-planning stages of events including: Event Planners, Building Services, Public Safety and CSC Security Provide customer service to clients and improve customer satisfaction 
•	Manage event and in-house cash flow
•	Set-up and monitor complex audiovisual equipment 
•	Responsible for all night and weekend emergency operations
•	Process a variety of in-house reports including; daily manager reports, set-up worksheets, security checklists, and cash reconciliation paperwork.

•	Responsible for building security during campus closures
