Order Entry Production Coordinator

PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY
A dedicated and collaborative Production Coordinator, Team Lead, Trainer with 10 years leadership experience.  Responsible for all aspects of production coordination and direct responsibility for up to 30 employees over 2 shifts.  A capable leader with an established track record in developing and training key employees, including implementing an on boarding training plan for all new employees that fueled retention and stabilization of workforce.

Ability to meet objectives, tight deadlines and respond proactively with a history demonstrating a strong work ethic, high energy and high performance.  Vast experience in understanding and operating in complex operating environments, and in complex operating platforms.  Proven can-do, hands-on approach to production management with the ability to coordinate within team environments and communicate with all levels of the organization.

Reviews project details and final product requirements with Client Services and Implementation team prior to releasing work to order entry production. Coordinates and schedules projects for up to 30 FTE’s, instructs staff on job requirements through detailed written specifications and verbal explanation. Monitors daily production output to ensure daily objective are met. Continuously reviews internal processes and procedures to improve and increase production output. Coordinates with Client Services to prepare for production requirements and to receive updates or changes of requirements and/or load balance.

Responsibilities include customer service, placing and researching orders, packing, shipping, verifying, collections, accounting, balancing inventory, filing, organizing, and QuickBooks entry liaison for accounts payable and logistics.

Focus on sales growth by outbound marketing, building on existing business relationships and team involvement with all partners. Maintain consistent operationally sound branches at each location managed.
