•	Over 20 years’ experience in warehouse logistics, retail support, operations and inventory control.
•	Proven track record regarding time management, communication, administrative and customer service.
•	Ability to read, speak, write and comprehend the English language to perform essential job duties.
•	Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as with employees of all cultural backgrounds.


•	Perform, monitor and maintain weekly cycle counts and audits of over 7500 items, ensuring system counts accurately represent physical counts while maintaining shrink goals, research and assist with reconciling inventory discrepancies before adjustments are made.
•	Manage an average of three deliveries, 8-10 pallets, 300-600 cartons of inbound shipments per week from the DC and common carrier ensuring all items were received, tagged and properly stocked in accordance with company directives and guidelines.
•	Oversee roughly 1000 outbound shipments per month including customer web orders, inter-store transfers, RMA returns, RTV’s, IR’s, and UR’s via UPS, FedEx, USPS and LTL Freight.
•	Partner with Operations Manager, Store Manager, DM, RM and Loss Prevention to address concerns related to all issues and policies regarding store operations.
