I am passionate about achieving the correct fit, functionality and performance for the customer while maintaining the integrity of the design and brand initiative. I aim to provide clear, concise, and correct information to my team and vendors to ensure quality garments are produced.

Developed styles from concept to salesman and followed through production. Determined construction call-outs, established the size chart/grading, conducted fittings and communicated fit comments with overseas and local factories. Managed a team of five while heading two brands.  Ranges included; Ladies Asics Activewear, Harley Davidson, Ladies and Men’s Reebok, Men’s & Young Men’s Levis shirts and Young Men’s up & coming brand ourCaste. 

Technical Developer-Assistant Manager

Created Tech Packs in Web PDM for Young Men's Jackets and Denim. 
Spec'd and prepared garments for fitting and reviews with lead Tech and Design.

Assistant Technical Designer

Generated specs and prepared technical packages for 2012 Spring line, including Mens board shorts, Ladies woven tops, Bags and Accessories.

Technical Designer

Assisted the designer through all elements of design and production including; patternmaking, muslins, fit and hand work.

Collaborated with brides and designers to promote wedding gown sales and alterations.

Bridal Consultant

Assistant sales representative to three quality designers, Collection No.3 by Christian Weber, Lourdes Chavez and Vionie. Tasks include traveling to Europe to collect the current and/or upcoming line, bring to the US to showcase at distinguished trade shows and present trunk shows at high end boutiques.

My responsibilities included constructing and fitting the garments to ensure each size was correct and consistent, finishing and labeling ready for customer or retailer.

Seamstress

My responsibilities included cutting, sewing, pressing and labeling of various accessories, t-shirts and hats.

My responsibilities included calculating yardage for the customer upholstery projects such as drapes, sofas, chairs, new designs and other furniture. I also helped in the design aspect by determining the style, color, handfeel and subsequently sourcing the right fabric for the project.
