The Client Implementation Project Manager position consisted of interfacing with clients to determine their requirements and manage the project implementation.  This ensured stakeholders had realistic expectations of the project scope and schedule in order to alleviate team stress and increase the probability of client satisfaction.

The job entailed flushing out the scope of projects, to determine the Level of Effort (LOE) which would allow for an approximate schedule for project completion from our subject matter specialists. These SME's included HP template programming, integration engineering (IE), application development (AD), and Client Integration Quality Assurance (CIQA) teams.

This was an Agile environment with quick project turn-around times sometimes less then 24 hours.

       -	Interfaced with the agency 22squared to ensure the project's forward movement is to the client’s (Publix) approval.
