Community Relations and Ticketing Coordinator

Plan and execute multiple sporting and community events, and well as expo/trade shows. Work directly with our triple-A baseball players to plan community appearances to build our brand. Create strong working relationships with new and existing clients through networking, one-on-one meetings, and constant phone/email communication. Monitor online auctions, social media, and donation requests.

-Organized and directed all projects and responsibilities for the entire Community Relations Department; including non-profit/charity events and fundraisers, high-end corporate events, expo shows, and school functions.
-Plan and execute various events including 150+ people holiday parties, military and corporate hospitality events, youth, and sporting events. 
-Organized over 100 hours of baseball player and mascot appearances at special community events and execute our PR by contacting media with event details when appropriate
-Responsible for tracking and fulfilling over $750,000 worth of donations distributed to the community




-Sold ticket plans, special events, advertising and sponsorships by creating a professional relationship with new clients
 -Cultivated new sales by targeting potential businesses and individuals by phone and in person networking meetings each week 
 -Supervised game day staff of eight employees while addressing customer service inquiries 
 -Worked closely with other departments to develop sponsorships, hospitality, and large group events
   Generated event and promotional ideas to capitalize on new sales opportunities
 -Excelled at cold-call sales by doubling both my ticketing and corporate sponsorship sales goals 
 -Promoted and executed multiple youth clinic events on and off site
 -Assisted with revamping our social media outreach through Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, email blasts, and developing our own

-Demonstrated initiative by generating project marketing ideas and executed my developed plan to reach the targeted market 
-Organized and participated in 6k races with over 3,000 participants in both Shanghai and Beijing for promotional events
-Marketed and monitored an online give-away sweepstake for the company, utilizing web-based technology and social media
