SENIOR ADVERTISING TRAFFIC COORDINATOR

Receive instructions from several Account Managers for job completion.  Distribute each task through several teams inside the Creative Department. Supervise and follow up the status of each job until completion. Deliver artwork and ensure technical specs corresponding to the different medias. Responsible for trafficking all print, radio and social media campaigns; contact suppliers; prepare estimates, purchase orders and invoices for each job.

Receive job orders and assign tasks to the creative department. Supervise and follow up the job order status and its progress. Responsible for trafficking all print and radio campaigns for clients such as AT&T.

JUNIOR ADVERTISING TRAFFIC COORDINATOR

In charge of receiving all print media assignments, job orders and assign tasks to the creative print production department. Supervise and follow up the jobs throughout its process.
