-	Maintain a communication and proper follow ups with Buyers.
-	Updating order status on internal system.
-	Calculating material consumption and price. Sourcing local and global fabrics and trims. 
-	Working closely with factories and suppliers to process new garment orders, check sample status. Follow up all the details of sample development. Arrange sample submission to customers for approval. Make sure to have the best lap dips and counter samples.
-	Ensure fabric, trims & styling details are correct and available before production.
-	Solve problem by determine how things fit into production and whether they meet the functional needs of customers. 
-	Coordinate with QA and/or Technical team on production orders and delivery status etc.
-	Dealing with factories to solve unexpected problems during production.
-	Always keep communication with team, store, logistic Dept., accountant Dept., QC Dept. for involved matters.
-	Follow up shipping licenses and planned shipment reports


Senior Factory Planner and Merchandiser

-	Make the business plan for new factory.
-	Look for and analyze the factors of the location for opening new factory.
-	Cooperate with the related departments in the factory to develop the new samples
-	Work with foreign customers on the new sample offered to get the order replacement.
-	Builds strong and co-operative business relationships with customers for product development. 
-	Maintain a communication and proper follow ups with Buyers and Vendors.
-	Communicates product changes/updates at critical points in the development process to the internal team.
-	Follow up all the details of sample development. Arrange sample submission to customers for approval. 
-	Create and update costing, T/A, projection & fabric commitment charts for every season.
-	Ensure fabric, trims & styling details are correct and available before production.
-	Solve problem by determine how things fit into production and whether they meet the functional needs of customers. 
-	Assist in the product development process to ensure that products meet customers' quality requirements, including monitoring fabric cutting schedule, delivery quantity, shipment date, and QC control.
-	Monitoring production and shipment reports to assist account department in managing customer account details for payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
