•	Introduced “cradle to grave” Product Engineering focus that resulted in a savings impact of $2.1 million savings in first year of implementation
•	Developed "Cost-to-Manufacture" technical group that analyzes and reduces all manufacturing conversion costs and generates accurate process costing methods.
