Accreditation Specialist

Supplies Shipment Representative tasked with pulling insurance applications, brochures, and other marketing materials to be shipped to representatives around the United States. Great attention to detail for each order, noticing state specific applications and materials, as well as shipments making it to the correct place and on time. Time management skills, focus, effort, and a good attitude helped this position become something meaningful.
?	Shipped out over 1,300 supply shipments with 99.5% accuracy
?	Selected for special Information Technology assignments, and helped be a liaison between the Marketing department and the Information Technology department.
?	Tasked with helping create websites in conjunction with the Marketing Coordinator for an entire division of the company.

Lead Coordinator responsible for the management of survey mailouts, telemarketing lists, the implementation of scanning leads back to independent agents, creating and maintaining sales reports, and prompt invoicing. Head Marketing Customer Service Representative utilizing knowledge of administrative systems, marketing materials, and general information to help agents, and customers seamlessly receive necessary data. Other duties as assigned by supervisor, ranging from small tasks, to large time sensitive projects for projected growth impact on the company.

?	Elected by field agents, and managers as the top customer representative for the company in 2013.
?	Given the opportunity to have a lateral shift to Leads Coordinator position while training three different employees on previous job responsibilities as the supplies shipment representative.
?	Became the main contact for marketing department for independent agents, as well as regional managers and vice presidents.

Leads Coordinator / Head Marketing Customer Service

Responsible for park maintenance and repairs.  Considerable emphasis is placed on safety procedures, working in a team oriented environment, and operating equipment ranging from small hand tools up to large trail building machines. Construction and maintenance of city owned trails and parks. Operation of hand tools and power equipment to accomplish job duties.
?	Learned proper trail building techniques. (Grading, up-slope, runoff, drainage, clinometer use, and line of sight)
?	Public Relation skills enhanced being in the public eye, answering questions and concerns.
