Have extensive knowledge with manufactures to assure on time receipt of shipments. Troubleshoot problems involved with production, operations, logistics, distribution, transportation, inventory, quality control and warehouse management. 
Analyzed and developed operations towards reaching aggressive goals in support of cost, profit, service and organizational   objectives: 


Responsible for the hiring, training, and performance of all personnel; Track productivity data and implement programs for improvement. 

Ensure all contractual metrics for inbound and outbound processing, and inventory control are consistently met or exceeded. Oversee the efficient, cost effective, daily activities of the warehouse, including labor scheduling, supervision and proper utilization of space and equipment. Convey daily departmental goals, review accomplishments and addressing potential problems

Finalize production finishing instructions with input from multiple internal partners to ensure all required labels, bar codes, packaging, boxes and markings are accurate.

Manage sampling timelines with internal teams to ensure timely product development schedules.
