Account Executive

Seeking a position where I can best utilize (1) the experience, the expertise and the facilitation skills in sales, marketing that I have acquired over the past 18 years; (2) the ability to drive brands forward through innovative visual schemes and concepts; with a proven ability to make a strong impact with visual merchandising to drive sales forward and, (3) the knowledge I have gained from my recently completed Master in Business Administration (MBA)

•	Client-based outreach activities: use of Customer Relationship Management strategy to offer products and services tailored 	to the customer’s needs; integration of  new product launch; presentations to potentially new clients; and contacting targeted clients for select Business Development campaigns and promotions
•	Presentations on financial products and services to an international, multicultural audiences
•	Coordinate seminars on various financial topics
•	Financial strategic analysis, including assessing borrowing eligibility of clients and lending risks, and  provide advice on client’s financial investment and  fraud prevention
•	Provide senior support for branch operations

•	Assessing compliance of underwriting decisions with credit union policies, investor guidelines, and U.S. federal and state regulations 
•	Ensuring accuracy and legal compliance of mortgage origination requests and bank transactions to prevent fraud and money laundering
•	Analyzing adequacy of the loan rates offering to ensure that the selected rate indices are correct and in compliance with US federal, state and BFSFCU regulations
•	Contributed to updating policies and procedures materials

Information Assurance Analyst

•	Developing and maintaining consistent relationship with a select client portfolio
•	Counseling, advising and assisting clients with their daily and long-term financial service needs
•	Assisting clients with loan requests and originating mortgage loans 
•	Cross-selling associated products and services

Loan Consultant

•	Assisting clients with their daily banking transaction requests 
•	Serving as a primary contact for information on financial products and services
•	Coordinating with other departments to ensure prompt and accurate request processing and resolution
