•Sales Meetings Project Manager— Responsible for full execution of quarterly sales meetings with tasks including: budget, location scouting, contract negotiations, event planning, catering, entertainment, equipment/AV, sample coordination, agenda, rep travel and internal communication. •Sales Event Coordination – Responsible for the full execution of the annual Eddie Aikau event, assist in the planning of any wholesale retail partners’ events and activations, and coordinate internal department events. •Tradeshow Coordination and Logistics— Responsible for the planning, execution, and follow thru of all seasonal tradeshows including: Surf Expo, Outdoor Retailer, Agenda, SIA, Swim Collective, Magic (FN Platform). •Manage Go-To-Market Tools—Responsible for the communication and preparation of the following: line guide distribution, salesman sample distribution, rep memos, marketing toolkits, misc. communication. •Sales Administrator – Oversee all Sales department functions including: budgets, new hire training, Sales calendar, internships, appointment needs, product seeding, system updates, liaison between departments, and insure daily functions are operating smoothly. •Sales Reporting— Deliver management with monthly ActionWatch Reports, tradeshow ROI analysis reports, and misc. reports on request.
