Assistant Store Manager at the Burton Beaver Creek Partnership Store

Over see day to day operations at the new Burton partnership store. Manage team of sales associates. Provide top notch customer service. Direct demo product inventory. Work with Burton internal sales team to achieve set sales goals.

Manage the Vail Valley, Colorado territory. Over see a crew of laborers to fulfill daily projects with in the allocated budget. Perform Administrative Duties such as: pay roll, hiring, and firing of employees. Provide weekly 'home check reports' to maintain general up keep of client's homes.

Regional Manager

Being a Sales Associate at the Burton Snowboards Partner store in the Vail, Colorado village is a retail experience unlike any other.  It is a fast paced work environment, set right at the base of the Vail Village Gondola.  My number one duty is to uphold exceptional customer service to the very unique clientele that this store attracts.  Other day to day responsibilities include, but are not limited to: maintaining a visually stimulating store in order to maximize sales, monitoring product inventory to ensure customers have adequate selection, ensuring customer’s product is properly functioning (tunes, mounting, boot fitting, defective allowance, etc.) and educating all potential customers who walk through the door about snowboarding, as well as the entire Burton product line.
