Jim has a proven track record of sales and marketing success across a variety of industries, with over 17 years of experience working with large and small organization to deliver value to their customers. Currently, Jim leverages his sales background to assist organizations in structuring their inbound and outbound marketing efforts. Jim also has a product management background with direct product responsibility from conception to end of life. In his previous roles as a Product Manager Jim worked strategically with customers, software vendors and systems integration partners to define, develop and deliver solutions. As the sales and business development manager at EarthShift, Jim implemented CRM and Marketing Automation solutions to attract, convert and close deals on a daily basis across EarthShift’s Software and Services lines of business. In addition Jim utilized his product management experience to expand the product portfolio and develop innovative go to market strategies. Previously, Jim demonstrated his Entrepreneurial skills at OnPlane Inc. where he oversaw the development of a real-time content aggregation and user behavior analysis solution. At OnPlane Inc. Jim demonstrated his extensive knowledge of Content Management Systems and Content Aggregation Architectures.
