Freelance Photography

I am a freelance photographer, shooting mostly outdoor action sports such as surfing, skating, snowboarding, camping, and travel, but I am able to shoot just about anything. I am currently working independent jobs whenever they are offered, but my goal is to become a staff photographer for a company that will still allow me to capture the natural beauty of the outdoors. Willing to travel great distances if it is imperative for the shot.

-Photographer for numerous independent projects; companies such as Renman Music and Business, Interscope Records, Hurley, Garage Skate Shop, Papas & Beer, Surf Prescriptions, Study Abroad Apartments

-Observed participants and informed them of corrective measures necessary for skills improvement
-Primarily worked with children between the ages of 5-18, however trained to provide instruction to participants ages 5 to adults
-Provided training direction, encouragement, motivation, and nutritional advice to prepare athletes for competition events 
-Explained and enforced safety rules and regulations 
-CPR certified

Surf Instructor

-Worked on site with the photographer and model 
-Set up, mounted, and installed photographic equipment and cameras
-Conducted research to develop new photographic procedures

Assistant Photographer

-Resolved customer complaints regarding sales and service
-Performed quality checks on products and parts
-Packaged finished products and prepared them for shipment
-Maintain production equipment, machinery and facility
