Golf Marketing and Public Relations specialist

I was a Division I college golfer at the University of Northern Colorado for five years. While I was there I got a PE Bachelor's degree with a minor in coaching.  I then got a Master's degree in sport administration in one year.  Some of my experience in the sports industry includes operations and coaching for college and professional basketball teams.  I then took my sports background to the LPGA Tour where I worked over 60+ professional golf tournaments.  I currently am a sport marketing and PR specialist for Nikon sports through their marketing agency. My past and present experiences in the sports world would make me an asset to any organization.

Oversee marketing, social media, and public relations for Nikon Golf and other products in the golf industry.  Manage trade show and travel marketing programs of all golf related clients.  Full control of all social media platforms.  Write News/press releases to golf industry about current and new golf products.  In charge of all web and social media content.  Maintain strong relationships with national and global golf media.

I write content for the website about local sports teams.  My main focus at the moment is the Portland Winterhawks and Portland Thorns.

Web Content Writer

Oversee equipment program and perform daily operational tasks at tournament sites to ensure it is a successful event.  I manage the onsite marketing/signage program. I work closely with tournament directors, volunteers, sponsors, and golf course staff on a daily basis throughout tournament week to make successfully run a professional golf tournament.
