Executive Assistant to EVP of Business Affairs

Highly motivated individual with significant C level executive support assistance, social media marketing, administrative and customer service proficiency. I am self-motivated and eager to learn, with a strong ability to multitask and maintain organization. Demonstrated leadership and creative skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines with focus on quality and attention to detail.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): coordinating all aspects of the executive’s professional and personal life; handling client submissions and the coordination of client schedules; creating and maintaining records of all client bookings and being responsible for the tracking and the receipt of client fees and company commissions;  handling heavy phones; maintaining business affairs files and reference library; assisting in the drafting and distribution of Business Affairs letters and memos, tracking company producing projects.  Discretion and confidentiality with client accounts.

Develops a continual database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, email, and networking. Strategic research support to senior executives, creative department and marketing team. Tracks trends and development of primary industry(s) through the use of internet and training sessions to maintain and grow current knowledge base. Maintains contact with clients to ensure client satisfaction. Receives and resolves customer complaints and problems in a timely manner. Maintains a high level of productivity, manages multiple competing priorities, and works effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced environment. Create and present capabilities presentation through various computer software programs. Oversees the proposal process of RFPs, working with the production team to ensure the creative treatment, proposal and budget are in line with client expectations.


Account Executive 

Manages all aspects of professional and person life. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): publishes business development newsletter by gathering information; preparing and editing articles; graphic design and distribution. Help promote the company to local, regional, national and international constituencies. Performs human resource duties, such as training and leading personnel in achieving business objectives. Manages VP corporate travel, meeting arrangements and business relations. Implemented multiple improvements to help with business development management.


Executive Assistant to VP of Business Development

Manages corporate social media posts to the public. Assisted in developing and producing creative content. Build strategies and proposals for implementing effective social media and mobile marketing. Work with audience development to optimize messaging toward highly targeted user segments. Created Twitter account, Instagram account, Pinterest webpage, LinkedIn profile and set up Constant Contact as a business tool. Manages Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook and Constant Contact daily. Research latest trends and keep current on emerging social media content. Travels with company to blog social media while on-site.
