Played an instrumental role in opening both Green Acre locations with
involvement ranging from large executive decisions to the fundamentals.
Since opening both locations I have and continue to recruit, select, orient,
train, coach, counsel, and discipline staff. I communicate job expectations
through SOPs I created which are currently used in all new hire packets and
in daily business operations.
Developed, launched and currently oversee a successful catering department
