• Account Manager for this IT distributor (hardware sales) to resellers. • Handle multi-million dollar accounts that include More Direct and Kelser, for a global information technology distributor. • Grow sales in existing accounts. • Identify and resolve any customer problems that arise. • Develop and maintain relationships with sales representatives, purchasers and corporate decision-makers. • Introduce new products. • Develop knowledge of product lines to increase sales. • Daily analysis of sales volume and gross margin. • Daily tracking of inventory levels, back orders and incoming/outgoing shipment (logistics). • Plan shipments and set up pricing.
