500 companies. Expert in development and management of digital/online strategies including
web development, SEM, SEO, PPC, affliliate marketing, newsletter strategy, testing and
implementation, customer acquisition marketing, social media marketing, design, business
modelling and team integration. Focus on Agile project management philosophies (or variance of) including SCRUM, Kanban/JIT, XP, TDD, ATDD & Outside-in.

As owner and manager of 33third, LLC my responsibilities included all aspects of launching
and growing a national ecommerce startup company. I directly managed 4 seperate
teams including development, marketing, sales and fulfillment (11 direct reports). In combination
with my knowledge of SEO, PPC and Online Marketing strategies 33third.com has
grown from 25K to $1M+ annual sales 5 years (online sales) and is currently positioned
on page 1 for key search terms via organic search. 33third has continued to increase
margin profitability by 10% YOY. As head of online development I managed multiple
Agile development and support teams to implement custom website applications that
contribute to sales growth and competitive brand positioning. Special focus on Growth
Hacking techniques and analysis have increased social media interaction (paid and organic)
to further increase sales. As a result of my management, design and marketing, 33third is
the leading retail brand in the Street Art/Graffit

Case Study: GoodLife, LLC - Contracted to manage 2 (Agile) development teams (direct reports) utilizing Basecamp for website launch and updates. Directly oversaw entire web design & development,site architecture, SEO, and customer acquisition strategy/implementation. (1.5 years)

As Creative Director I headed up front end development, managing UX Design and front end
developers to ensure product release cycles and updates were accomplished within
timelines. CinemaNow was an Agile working environment where oversaw development while reporting to key stakeholders and coordinated front-end development with database / backend development, Marketing and Content Pipeline Project Management.

Lead designer for product digital interface designs for consumer electronics as well as online
and offline marketing materials. Integral in determining style, direction and in process testing
of UX designs. Throughout our process we utilized a combination of Waterfall and
AGILE/SCRUM management for project completion and updates.

Lead Graphic Designer

Directed Design of online, interactive and offline materials including websites, print campaigns
and interactive CDs.

Design responsibilities included web, interactive, print and package design. Clients included
Duke Energy, Sara Lee, R.J. Reynolds, Accenture, Hanes, Seth Godin, Danone Intl., Japan
Tobacco Intl., Guang Ming Beer, SECCA.
