CONTROLLER

•	Develop annual budget and monthly forecast, in coordination with the CEO along with sales and purchasing departments
•	Conduct monthly and quarterly assessments of financial performance against budget and operational goals to internal management and to bank auditors as required
•	Lead cash flow management through effective controls over liquidity and borrowing; supervise full-cycle accounts receivable and accounts payable processing; improve business processes
•	Supervise periodic inventory audit; Act as the liaison between vendors and the purchasing department in regards to shipments, sales demand and order timing
•	Prepare monthly internal financial reports via SAP and Business Intelligence; Prepare year-end reports to fulfill tax-related requirements as requested by outside CPA firm
•	Review expense reports and control inventory for trade shows to ensure accuracy and for budgetary purpose
•	Complete reconciliations on bank and general ledger accounts; maintain amortization/depreci
