I've always had a special interest in working with animals or with children but all the doors that have been opened in my career path seem to push me in a different direction.

•	Pivoting Excel reports on a weekly basis to ensure all trim is on hand
•	Placing orders and following up
•	Coordinating with other departments to ensure all trim requirements are met.
•	Meticulously reviewing invoices and approving them before turning them into accounting. 
•	Reformatting packing slips on excel to facilitate the warehouse’s receiving process
•	Coordinating with suppliers when a new trim project is created and insuring the specs and requirements of project are met.
•	Communicating with vendors when invoice issues or orders issues emerge
•	Creating and updating excel report sheets in order to keep track of all orders placed and received. 
•	Creating and updating monthly inventory reports, including any overseas inventory. 
•	Regularly communicating with vendors and contractors, both overseas and local in an effort to ensure order issues are being handled properly


Trims Coordinator

•	Invoicing: Preparing and mailing invoices for shipped merchandise
•	Purchasing: Supplies needed to complete orders and office supplies
•	Customer Service
•	Shipping/ Receiving: UPS, FedEx, LTL, US Postal
•	Quality Control: Measuring garments to ensure all specs are met. Inspecting trim to ensure quality is met. 
•	Sample Cutting: Cut garment samples
•	Created Line Sheet/ Catalogue: Photographed garments and cleaned pictures to later arrange them onto a catalogue or line sheet
•	Shipped with EDI software: created UCC labels and SKU numbers
•	Ordered fabric and inspected small swatches to insure all fabric specifications were met
•	Communicating with fabric and other vendors on a daily basis regarding all orders that were previously placed or any orders that needed to be placed in the immediate future.
•	Additional task included filing, preparing worksheets, pick-up and delivery receipts. 
•	Working on End of fiscal year reports and trim reports at the end of the year
