- Print claims daily.
- Request any additional information that is needed from the office in order to send out claims for payment.
- Send out claims and document billing notes.
- Process requests via email from offices in the field.
- Print electronic claims reports and make any corrections that are needed in order for claims to be sent electronically. Request any additional information from office that is needed to make these corrections.
- Send out all re-submittals.
