Assist in overseeing staff of 70 lifeguards and headguards
Coordinate the hiring, training, and evaluation of lifeguards and head guards
Create semester and holiday break schedules for staff
Lead payroll on a bimonthly basis
Develop and maintain staff incentive system and team-building activities

Act as lead Lifeguard on shifts
Supervise, evaluate and delegate tasks to lifeguard staff
Maintain written records, including Daily Reports, Incident Reports and Injury Reports

Certified American Red Cross and American Heart Association Instructor
Instruct courses in Lifeguard training, CPR/AED, and First Aid
Develop lesson plans for courses
Administer written exams and skill checks
Coordinate necessary facilities and equipment for classes

Lifeguard Instructor

Supplier Management post-delivery support to the P-8 program
Release repair purchase contracts and purchase contract changes valued over $100,000
Communicate with suppliers on a weekly basis to manage repair status 
Coordinate with Supplier Quality, Contracting, and Engineering to meet the customer's needs
Send out RFPs for new NAVSUP prime contract and track progress
Assist with F22 Strategic Agreements to meet team's annual saving goal of $6M
