As the experienced client-side marketing leader within Rauxa, I am responsible for providing our clients solutions to challenges that they can’t solve on their own. Solutions vary from CRM & acquisition strategy, website development, mobile app development, rebranding, content creation, and digital & print marketing. Over the last 23 months, I have worked with big-name clients including; Allergan, Verizon Wireless, Pacific Life Insurance, Abbott Medical Optics, AAA, Jenny Craig, Experian, Oakley, and VANS.

As the marketing leader within parent company DECKERS Brands, I was at the forefront of implementing a multi-faceted marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and increase revenue in DTC and Wholesale. I was responsible for print and digital advertising along with Public Relations. I led a team of 4 who were focused on developing seasonal GTM materials, driving DTC eCommerce, brand & retail marketing initiatives, retail merchandising, foundational CRM, leveraging brand ambassadors, and social media. Partnered and managed a media agency for TV, print & digital ad buys. I negotiated global contracts and the management of 27 ambassadors. A significant part of my role was to provide Sanuk’s brand strategy, seasonal product stories, and event marketing initiatives to our global distributors based in APAC, EMEA, and LATAM.

Served as a marketing specialist within Fortune 15 Company, leveraging the NFL, College Football, NHL, NBA, Indy Car, and Actions Sports leagues, as well as key individuals to drive customer retention and acquisition.

Played key role in $20B revenue increase for company by aggressively managing $20M marketing budget. Grew a marketing program designed for millennials that generated more than 30M impressions valued at $6M. Worked closely with cross-functional teams and agencies to maximize marketing efforts across multiple marketing channels including TV, OOH, Digital, Print, Online, Direct Mail, and Retail. 

Sponsorships & Action Sports Marketing Manager

Delivered global brand advertising campaigns for Range Rover, Range Rover Sport, LR3, and LR2.

Developed advertising across multiple fronts, and oversaw production budgets that ranged between $2-6M per vehicle. Collaborated with management teams in North America, Japan, Europe, and Canada.
